✨Book overview✨

The idyllic kingdom of Parisia sat nestled securely in the Great Emerald Mountains. For generations Parisia had known nothing but peace and prosperity. When the elder dragon Darka Mors, steals the Darkstone, the entire realm is threatened. Without the Darkstone, the magic sealing away the Shadow King would fail. His return would bring death and destruction to the world of men.

📚My Review📚

First off, what a ride. You are brought into a world called Parisia where you will first meet our heroes. They are then tasked with a job that seems rather impossible, especially when you take into account who is in this group. You are then taken for a ride where you will encounter dragons, mages, and man made monsters.

Tyler made it impossible for me to put the book down, all I wanted to do was read until I finished and then reread it again. The world building was crafted carefully and perfectly. The action scenes were perfectly described as if you were there in the action yourself. The descriptions of scenes and characters and even the humorous banter made the novel perfect.

I definitely put Tyler up there as a fantasy author to look forward too. His story reminded me of the stories written by John Gwynne (my favorite fantasy author).

I definitely look forward to reading the next installment of this series
