Hi I am back again with a few more recommendations of books that warm your heart and make you laugh.

Thanks to Berkely for the advanced copies

When you throw forced proximity, a celebrity romance and second chances into a romance, you get a zany story of longing and romance.  I love when a romance is told in dual POVs.  I want to see what each of the characters are thinking and not be marred by what one thinks the other is thinking.

It was not too heavy and kept me reading.  I am not a fan so no expert, but this reminded me a little of Taylor and her storybook romances.

Until Next Summer

This is really my favorite type of rom com.  It has a couple with some obstacles, but so much chemistry and a whole lot of fun.  You got not one but two romances.  And even better you get a book about best friends and sisterhood.  And their second chance.

This screams summer and camp as you are immerse yourself as Jessie and Hilary are trying to save the camp.  The last hurrah and sadness of such an important time in their life ending balances with the newness of love and their potential rebirth of their friends go hand and hand.  And the relief from all their hijinks had me smiling.  I spent summers at camp and it brought up all those old memories.

It is a slow burn that is worth the wait.  And while I didn’t like Luke so much for most of the book, he turned it around for me.

This is my first historical fantasy romcom.  Such a unique combination and I loved it.  Who knew birds could be sexy?  I loved how both characters were both confident and shy.  They had the best banter.

This is quirky and absurd.  And I mean that in the best possible way.  It’s hard to get unique with all the rom coms being published every year, but this one did just that.

The Ex Vows

I should admit that this one has some fun moments, but leans a little more towards a straight romance, so not really a rom com.  But such an enjoyable read

Can 2 exes save their friend’s wedding?  Such a fan of second chances and I really bought into their love, their hurt and what is holding them back.  I really wish this would have had two POVs instead of just the one, but even with the single narration, I fell in love with the characters and rooted for them to find their way back to each other.

I loved the flashbacks, friendships, and setting.  This was a complete win.  Everything fit together and helped me get lost in the story.  Such a sweet read.
