This one was really good! Ophelia has found herself in the Devil’s Manor in search of her sister Genevieve. She’s discovered that her sister has been keeping secrets, and so has her mother. When she encounters Blackwell, she makes a decision that will hopefully keep her alive…at least until she can reach the end of the seventh night of Phantasma, the seventh circle of hell, and the challenge that will release her to find her sister.

With the aid of Blackwell she begins to come into herself and continues to learn about her magic and abilities. She also learns how far she’s willing to go to win, and wonders if it’s really her, or the voice inside her head. The search for a key and a heart intwines the competition in the nine rings and the search for freedom and a favor from a Devil. Nothing is as it seems, and no one is exactly who they say they are.

Ophelia is a wonderful main character and I love the way we get to really see inside of her head. This book had me sucked in from the very start, and I loved watching things unfold.
