The Perfect Ones – If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that I will (almost) always pick the thriller option for a book club pick. Hence my insta-choice of The Perfect Ones. It looks dark and thrilling, which is perfect.
You know the type of people that always seem to be perfect, right? Everybody knows one. What we often don’t realize is that this “perfection” comes at a price. This is the story of two perfect influencers and how horribly wrong their lives are about to go.

Chain-Gang All Stars – Ohhh! Chain-Gang All Stars looks like one of those unique reads you can only hope to randomly come across. So, obviously, I had to nab it! It’s marketed as science-fiction, political, and LGBTQ+, which makes it an interesting combination. Can’t wait to get started!
The Chain-Gang All Stars are from Cape – Criminal Action Penal Entertainment. It’s admittedly a controversial way of raising profits (for the prisons, that is – not for the inmates), but it’s a way for inmates to earn their freedom – gladiator style.
