An excellent immersion into a more positive mindset and higher consciousness.
Through real world examples from her own life as well as beautiful prose, Jane Kim Yu takes readers on a journey of positivity and just positive vibes in general plus mindfulness. Throughout the book, there are beautiful reflections that almost read as poems. This book is truly unique, poetry lovers and those who love positive affirmations may also enjoy this read.
It reads almost as a devotional and never feels preachy, but rather inviting. If Yu writes another book of similar nature, it might be cool to see a “30 day” style book with a positive message or story for each day, as that is basically the manner in which I read this book. A little each day, to fully sit with the content. It is nice to read with your morning coffee.

Also, can we just say that the cover is absolutely stunning? This would be a lovely addition to any personal development book lover’s shelf!
