ā€œOne woman has nothing to lose. The other has everything. To the outside world, Gracie Dwyer has it all: the handsome husband, the adorable child, the beautiful home and the glittering career. Julietā€™s life couldnā€™t be more different. A single mother struggling to make ends meet, she lives in fear of her vindictive ex-husband taking their five-year-old daughter from her. So when Gracie moves into Falcon House, just streets away from Juliet, she sees an opportunity. If Juliet can just get close to Gracie, maybe her fortunes will begin to change. After all, if anyone has luck to share around, itā€™s Gracie Dwyer. And if cracks begin to appear in Gracieā€™s perfect life, well, itā€™s Juliet who will be there to pick up the pieces. Because no oneā€™s life is really that perfect ā€“ and sometimes all it takes is a little push to expose the darkest of secretsā€¦ā€

Starting out, I had a hard time getting into this one BUT within just a few chapters I was hooked. I stayed up extra hours to see what comes next and everything I thought I knew about these characters and their stories came crashing down in the end to where IĀ had to reread just to catch the nuances and hints. I was not disappointed in this one at all, I love thrillers and this was everything IĀ hoped for and then some. Character development was a little lacking for some and over done for a few others but it all evened out and makes me give this novel a four out of five stars with a recommendation to you to give it a read and let me know what you think.
