Your best friend….From the moment they met as children, Sasha knew that beautiful, wealthy, and confident Caitlin would always be her absolute best friend. Sasha would do anything to make Caitlin happy.

Even keep her darkest secrets…The years have passed, but their friendship remains. And when Caitlin announces she’s getting married there is only one choice for the role of bridesmaid.

My Review:

In every relationship there is someone with a little more power. With Sasha and Caitlin, it is Caitlin. Sasha’s parents work for Caitlin’s and live in their guest cottage and the heir to the farmhouse and grounds. The girls become inseparable when they first meet, but Caitlin is always pulling away.

I like that you don’t understand all the dynamics in the relationships in the book and make your own deductions as you go along. The book is told from Sasha’s point of view, so you don’t always see the other characters’ true motives, but Sasha’s interpretations of others actions.

As you make your way through the book, you start to realize everyone has a secret and while I suspected a few, there is no way you’ll know them all. There is a lot of well done misdirection and I couldn’t put the book down. It is cleverly plotted to keep you guessing.
