My Review

One of my goals in 2021 is to expand my writing and spend more time being thoughtful and purposeful with this hobby. I jumped at the chance to check out 52 Weeks of Writing. I was excited it was a journal and planner, I’m all about planning! This book has a great layout and is really pretty which helped to draw me in quickly. It starts with a detailed introduction and tips on getting the most from this journal. Within the pages of the journal/planner you will find each week broken out into bite sizes chunks which include an inspirational quote, ”clarity” which is used as a moment to check in with yourself- where you’re at, where you want to be, if you’re being realistic. Followed by goals and then planning. Each week also includes a calendar to break down your writing schedule by day and morning/afternoon/night and finally, my favourite part – writing prompts. These are really interesting and thought provoking questions that can help you get through struggles and roadblocks and really push your writing to the next level.

I’ve completed a few weeks of this journal and I’m absolutely loving it! I highly recommend for any others who love planning and want to dive deeper into themselves and their writing.
