Every now and then the members of The Book Review Crew will be taking just a few minutes to talk about some noteworthy authors. They could be our all-time favorites, a new and notable author, or an indie author we feel deserves more attention.
Regardless of the reason, each author featured is the creator of novels we just can’t get enough of, and we’ll give you a brief introduction and idea of how to get started with their work of fiction!
Today’s author spotlight is: Brindi Quinn
Who is Brindi Quinn?
Brindi Quinn is a fantasy/paranormal author, and an absolutely amazing world builder. Easy and every one of her worlds feel so bright and alive – so much so that all her readers want to do is dive right into her creations.
She’s been writing since 2011, and already has more than a dozen novels under her name. All of her works feature spunky and memorable characters and will bring a smile to the faces of her readers.
As for where to start with reading Brindi Quinn? Anywhere you want. She has several standalone novels (The Pursuit of Zillow Stone, The World Remains, Seconds), and just as many series. We’ll delve into the series a bit more down below.
Series Starters
Heart of Farellah – Heart of Farellah is the first novel out of four, in a series by the same name. It’s an emotional series, about a girl who’s missing a soul. She has the ability to control magic and many other reasons to remember her presence.

Lightborne – Lightborne is the beginning of the Bexley Chronicles, and has without a doubt one of the most cheerful and energetic main characters I’ve ever had the luxury of reading about. Bexley has the ability to weird light, and in a world where shadows threaten to invade all, that makes her special. It makes her vital.

A Crown of Echoes – A Crown of Echoes is the first novel in a series of the same name, and follows young Queen Merrin, a determined woman (and queen) who will do whatever it takes to make sure her best friend (the lovely Queen Beau) back safe and sound. But that is merely the beginning of her adventures. The next installment of her journey, A Crown of Dawn will be available later this year.
