I enjoyed this festive book so much. Eliza doesn’t know how to just chill out and enjoy Christmas. When three ghosts come to visit her on Christmas Eve (sound familiar?) they try to get her to relax and learn to enjoy the holiday.

Eliza is part of the sandwich generation raising two teens, working full time and helping out her widowed, elderly mom…so she’s got lots to stress about. Add in some asshole in-laws and a husband that won’t take no for an answer to visit them and you have what makes her a fun, festive, unique, eye opening and relatable read.

I liked all three endings but the second one was my favorite. I also liked that the author did that like The Choose Your Own Adventure books I read when I was a kid.
